I was going to ignore the fact that the carnival was going to be in town, since the only night we could go was a night Paul was working, and I surely wasn't going to ride with Rudy! But a friend sent me a message asking if we were going, and since she has three boys a few years older than Rudy, it seemed like the perfect set up.
This was called the Round-Up. It was the first time Rudy had been on anything like it, but the boys were going on it, so he was, too.

While two of the boys went on another ride, Rudy and Jared decided to hit the Ferris Wheel.

The lines for the rides were really long- another good reason to have other kids- Rudy didn't complain once! He did take a little rest on the grass while we waited.
His favorite- the pirate ship.
